2010 CHS Calvin Invite

I took these photos at the Calvin Christian Small School Track and Field Invitational held at Escondido High School in San Diego County on April 10th 2010. The photos in this group are primarily of Coronado High school athletes and were uploaded at full resolution. The girls attending were Sallie Privett, Adie Davies, Meg Sweeney, Ashley Engleman, Maddy Danielson, Briana Giorgione, Danielle Swanson and Sadie Gimber. Between them they amassed a total of 17 gold, silver and bronze medals with 11 being gold. On the strength of winning 3 varsity events (1600, 800, 3200) and anchoring the winning 4x400 relay, Sallie was named varsity female athlete of the meet. For the boys Andrew Smith just missed the hardware with 4th place finishes in both the 100 and 200, Aryan Shay placed 5th in the 1600 but PR'd with a time of 4:44.13, John Scales placed 2nd in the Frosh/Soph long jump and Jack Gold placed 3rd in the Frosh/Soph pole vault, both are freshman.
