2008 Footlocker Girls CC Nationals

These are photos taken at the 2008 Footlocker National Cross Country Championships at Morley Field in San Diego's Balboa Park. I took the shots at four points on the course, at about 450 yards into the race at the bottom of the "dog loop", just before the 1.5 mile mark as the runners went down the dog loop for the 2nd time, just before the 2-mile mark as the runners came off the dog loop for the 2nd time, and a few at the finish-line (top 5 girls and top 3 boys). The weather was perfect for a cross country meet, cool (60's) with just a hint of a light mist. George Green San Diego Track Magazine sdtrackmag.com
